Shuffle Casino US states and eligibility

Shuffle.us is available only where its eligibility rules allow participation, and current first-party sources do not fully agree on the state list. This page shows that discrepancy directly and avoids presenting a disputed list as legal advice.

US eligibility is not a single nationwide rule.Shuffle.us requires users to meet age requirements and to satisfy its current state restrictions. Official first-party sources checked on August 27, 2026 are not fully aligned, so this page shows the conflict rather than pretending one list settles every case.

Help Center, Terms and Sweepstakes Rules disagree on some US states
Current conflict

The Terms and Sweepstakes Rules do not match that list exactly

The current Terms contain an excluded-territories list that includes states such as California, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Pennsylvania and Tennessee, among others. The current Sweepstakes Rules publish another exclusion list and specifically exclude Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and Maryland even though the July Help Center lists those states as permitted.

That means a reader in one of the disputed states should not rely on a generic “legal states” article. The applicable live Terms, Sweepstakes Rules, account geolocation and operator eligibility decision should control.

Examples of the current mismatch

This table is intentionally conservative. It shows where first-party sources disagree without making a legal conclusion about which document controls a specific person's situation.

Residency is not enough; physical location at the time of use matters
Physical location

Residency alone is not enough

The current Help Center says a user must be both a legal resident of and physically located in a permitted jurisdiction. It also says a permitted-state resident travelling outside a permitted jurisdiction should wait until returning before using Shuffle.us.

Do not mask location

The Terms prohibit attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through a VPN, proxy or similar service that hides or manipulates a user's real location.

Age still applies

Users must be at least 18 or the higher age of majority applicable where they are located. State permission does not override the age requirement.

“Where is Shuffle Casino legal?”

Use eligibility language, not a blanket legal guarantee

If your state appears differently across current first-party sources, the safest practical step is to check the live Shuffle.us eligibility flow before registering, purchasing Gold Coins or attempting Promotional Play.

Confirm live state eligibility before you create an account

Do not use VPNs, proxies or misleading location data to work around a restriction.

State eligibility

Physical location matters at the time of use

Shuffle.us availability should be checked against the current operator rules and the user’s actual physical location. State lists can change, and a user who travels can encounter different eligibility even when the account was created elsewhere. Age-of-majority requirements also need to be satisfied.

Location should not be inferred only from a mailing address. If the platform requests geolocation or verification, complete the process accurately. A state that was available when an account was created should be rechecked before promotional play or redemption after travel.

Travel

Recheck the live state rules before using the account from a different state. Temporary location can matter even when the permanent address has not changed.

Location controls

Do not use VPNs, proxies or false information to bypass a restricted state. Those methods can conflict with account and sweepstakes rules.

When sources conflict

Use the newest operator rule set as the controlling reference

Help articles, rules pages and older third-party summaries can be updated at different times. If two sources disagree, the safest approach is to use the newest applicable operator terms or sweepstakes rules and confirm the result in the account interface.

Before purchase, gameplay or redemption, repeat the eligibility check rather than relying on a previous session or saved third-party list.
